A. Definition
A
Noun Clause is
a subordinate clause that functions as a noun. In other word, a noun clause is
used in the same ways as a noun, namely as a subject or an object.
A
Noun Clause is a dependent clause and cannot stand
alone as a sentence. It must be connected to independent clause (main clause).

B. Formula of Noun Clause
Noun clause
usually begins with a question word, such as when, where, why, how, who,
whom, what, which and whose, etc. In addition a noun clause must always be
in a positive grammatical construction instead of question or interrogative.
